We ship all orders via Correos, the national postal service of Spain, which also handles international deliveries. While we aim to process all items within 48 hours, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and can take up to several weeks. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

During July, August, and December, orders may take up to 1.5 weeks to be shipped due to seasonal delays.

(*) If you purchase from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, we will contact you by email to request your DNI/NIE/PASSPORT number. This is a requirement from the courier service and we do not store any of your information.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, 1CONCEPT is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery. In such cases, customers must contact the local postal carrier to open a claim and investigate the delivery.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@1concept.world. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Please note:
Jewelry pieces are not eligible for returns.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Claims for items damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund was approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take some time to process the refund.
